Pure Office

            We are constructing 20,000 sq ft of serviced offices on three floors at the very successful
            Tachbrook Park development just south of Leamington Spa town centre.

            Nick Smith, Managing Director of Pure Offices said, ‘This site represents an excellent
            opportunity for us to bring our new serviced office concept to Leamington Spa/Warwick
            with an opening planned for Winter 2009’.

            Construction commenced in November 2008 and is due for completion in October 2009.
